Crabtree Falls Engagement Session | Lynchburg Wedding Photographer
These two will go down in EHP history for being the most patient and hard working couples for their engagement photos. Cassie’s vision for this shoot was so clear that Crabtree Falls had everything she wanted for the backdrop and her inspiration was beautiful!! I love it when my brides chose a location that means something to them or their vision. With that being said, James and I have never hiked this MOUNTAIN before. So when we got there and realized just how much we were going to have to hike I was a little nervous about the climb.
Normally we try to pick places that are easy to get to so that makeup doesn’t sweat off or hair doesn’t get frizzy. Fortunately, it was just cool enough to keep outfits and her hair and makeup looking good! Coiffeur Collective did an incredible job as usual with the hair and makeup!! Cassie looked truly stunning in her outfit!!
I wish I had style like her because her 2nd outfit choice was perfect too!! Unfortunately the light faded to fast and the walk up and down the mountain took away our time! I feel like I should call this session Part One because we are working on planning a second engagement session the next time they are in Lynchburg! However, despite the treacherous hike and the fading light I think our shoot turned out pretty good!! I can’t wait to see these two again for part two of their session and can’t wait for their West Manor Estate Wedding next August!!
