- This coaching is monthly as needed
- You will have one 30 minute consult call to get started and then one follow up call lasting up to 2 hours
- Each call is a video call using "Google Meet"
- Video calls are recorded for you to rewatch when needed
- Book multiple months at once at a discounted rate
