Boars Head Resort Engagement Session | Charlottesville Wedding Photographer
I don’t think I have laughed as much as I did during this engagement in Charlottesville, Virginia. Connor had us laughing the whole time and I’m sure you can you tell that by Kaylynn’s smile in these. We love working with couples that are fun, laid back, have a sense of humor and of course, value photography! And Connor & Kaylynn fit this persona so well. In fact, they found us through Christina Morgan a fellow Virginia photographer!!!
Funny story actually, we actually met Christina & Chris at a bridal show years ago and we had to navigate some crazy people before the show began. Ever since we met them at the bridal show I’ve followed Christina’s business, her work is amazing (see for yourself here). We made some friends at the show that we never expected! So when she messaged me asking if we would be free for Connor & Kaylynn’s wedding day I was so honored she would trust ME to take care of them! And I’m so glad we are because I just adore them!!
For there session we were looking at different spots around Charlottesville and settled on a place James and I had never been to. It does sound strange to meet at a Resort but we loved the different backdrops this place provided. The little pond, full green trees, and beautiful blooming flowers is everything I love for a spring or summer engagement. And to top it off, their outfits were literally perfection!!!
I can’t believe tomorrow is the big day!! I can’t wait to see them and celebrate with their friends and family at the beautiful Avon Hill Lodge! So enjoy their engagement session and keep an eye out for their wedding blog post next week!!!
