20’s Themed Champagne Wedding at Hunting Hills CC | Roanoke Wedding Photographer
I am beyond excited to share this fun and unique wedding with you!! I actually met Tiffany years ago through your younger sister Christine (one of the bridesmaids actually!). And getting to know her years ago like I did made me over the moon excited to hear she was engaged and wanted ME to be her photographer! In fact, she told me that she didn’t care what I charged that she had to have me there as an honorary bridesmaid capturing all those special moments! And I remember tearing up because that meant the world to me!!
As a wedding vendor herself, a baker with Kissed Cupcakes, I knew she had an eye for design. And this 20’s themed wedding did not disappoint! I am a huge fan of all things vintage, the 20’s vibes, Great Gatsby, etc. So this wedding day was so much fun to be a part of! Tiffany even had a surprise for everyone with her special reception dress!! It was a red flapper girl dress complete with the black feather head piece and she had 2 spotlight dances in mind to show it off: One with Keith doing “The Charleston” and a special dance with her sister, Christine, to “White Christmas: Sisters”.
Some of my favorite moments from the day was finally getting to photograph a Flowerman. What is a Flowerman? A grown man taking on the role of a flower girl!! If you’ve been watching wedding Instagram Reels and TikTok videos you’ve probably seen guys like this from viral videos. So when tiffany and I were discussing things on our last planning call, I was so excited to hear about this surprise!! So keep an eye out for my very own Instagram reel featuring Tom the Flowerman haha!!!
